Here are a few things that some key players have had to say about this track:

DJ Dan – Everytime i look at the Beatport Breaks Chart I see one of Krafty Kuts remixes/re-edits charting in the Top 100. It just goes to show how highly influential Krafty Kuts has been in the Breaks scene over the past few years. He’s simply one of the best when it comes to producing breaks, there’s no doubt about it.

Nikki Elise (Kiss UK) “Loved the original. love dj dan. love this remix!”

Donald Glaude (San Diego, US) “Fcking siiiiccckkkkkkkkkkkk”.

Paul Hughes (Energy FM UK) “Simply awesome and some…..Plays are an absolute must, radio support is 100% guaranteed from me.

Shannon Williams (Billboard Reporter, US) “Wow! What an amazing mix of talent pouring into this project. The result speaks for itself, but for those of you who need to hear it. Wow! I will certainly turn this shit up LOUD. Nice job all.”

Swedish Egil (Groove Radio, LA) Wow! I’ll Take That Call. Awesome!

Ron Slomowicz (About.com) - Love this mix – quite magical.

DJ Icey – Can’t wait to drop this bomb in my set!

DJ Dan – That Phone Track (Calvertron Remix – Krafty Kuts Re-Rub) will be available for download on April 13th at Beatport, iTunes, Junodownload, Trackitdown, Masterbeat, and all other major digital download sites.

New set of floor-filling remixes and vocals from Sisely Treasure

As if being nominated for a Grammy and an IMDA isn’t enough, the 2010 Remixes of Common Ground is further proof that there is no off switch to Dave Audé and his Audacious imprint. The kickin’ tracks keep coming and the newest from Audacious Records is the Dave Audé and Tall Paul produced, Common Ground, featuring the stylish and seductive vocals of Sisely Treasure (AUD020). Richard Morel, Jeff T, Harry Choo Choo Romero, as well as Dave Audé along side David Garcia, handle remixing duties, presenting a whole new aural extravaganza. Common Ground featuring Sisely Treasure is available March 2nd on iTunes, beatport and trackitdown.net.

“(Tall) Paul and I go way back and whenever I have the opportunity to work with him great music happens,” states Dave Audé. “The wicked vocals of Sisely (Treasure) and the sick new remixes will open Common Ground to a whole new audience.”

Originally produced and released in 2006, Common Ground received airplay on respected BBC Radio 1 and garnered major support from the world’s top House and Progressive DJs. The 2010 remixes and their climate-changing beats complement the mesmerizing vocals of Sisely Treasure of Shiny Toy Guns fame.

Bringing some of the tightest remixers to the (turn)table for this updated release, Audé and his Audacious imprint take this classic to new heights. Each energetic mix throws a magnetic charge that will amplify any dance floor. Looking for more melodic, check out the Richard Morel or Harry Choo Choo Romero mixes. Have a hankering for a straight up floor-filler, give the Jeff T mix a spin. Want a little more high-energy, look no further than Dave Audé and David Garcia.

The latest from Audacious Records, double track re-release Stop/Go, featuring D’Still’D (AUD022), is absolutely no exception. DJ Feelgood & Jeff T, Sharooz and Manuel de la Mare add their flair for some killer remixes that will keep the clubs ablaze.

Originally produced in 1996, these 2010 re-releases feature a whole new set of remixes that are blazing a new trail and ready to keep the dance floors pumping. We’ve come to expect nothing less from Audé and his Audacious imprint.

“This was always one of my favorite projects,” states Dave Audé. Putting a 2010 spin on it and adding a few killer remixes brings this track to a whole new audience to Stop/Go.”

Stop does exactly the opposite of its title – overflowing with emotion and texture, this single is prepared to grab you by the proverbial jugular and keep you moving. Go takes you on a journey of musical exploration beyond beats and bass by weaving alluring melodies with a haunting background.

Hot off the heels of his first ever Grammy nomination, Stop/Go featuring D’Still’D is the first release in 2010 from Audacious Records. In addition to the originals, Stop features remixes from Manuel de la Mare and Sharooz. Go presents the Feelgood & Jeff T remix as well as the Mike Balance Remix.

DJ Dan, one of the most respected DJs and producers, joins forces with the impressive Indie dance imprint Audacious Records again to present “That Phone Track 2009”. The Billboard chart-topper is back with a ferocious set of remixes from smoking hot remixers; Calverton, HiJack, Mr. Wonk and Dave Audé. “That Phone Track 2009” is the latest from DJ Dan and Audacious Records.

DJ Dan, knows a thing or two about a good track and that’s why he’s bringing you an earful of breathtaking beats with “That Phone Track 2009”. Dan invited a few of the industry’s hottest remixers to add their eclectic spin on the Dance music chart-topper, delivering ridiculously tight remixes that propel this seminal track to new heights.

“This is such an infectious track,” states DJ Dan. “Listen to the dial tones and the busy signals intertwined with the savage beats, it’s crazy. Sure I produced it, but with these blazing new remixes, it’s ridiculous how it fills the dance floor”.

There is no doubt that DJ Dan is a commanding figure in Dance Music and “That Phone Track” is a single for the ages. Originally released on vinyl in 2004 as the follow up to “That Zipper Track”, this #1 Billboard single dominated with its spellbinding dial tones and busy signals that encompass a single that galvanizes dance floors to this day. With a new set of scorching remixes from Calverton, HiJack and Mr. Wonk, and Dave Audé, “That Phone Track 2009” is as crisp and fresh as the day the vinyl was pressed.

(Just to heighten excitement, he added a soon-to-be-released update of DJ Dan’s 2003 classic “That Phone Track,” too.) “I just want to keep pushing the music I make and believe in, because in the past I’ve spent so much time on other artists’ records.”

Launched in April 2006, Audacious Records was founded under a very simple principle: “My mission was just to make music with my friends, and get it out there,” says Audé. “My friends being DJ Dan, Christopher Lawrence, Tall Paul, Charles Feelgood, and DJ Micro.” Other Audacious comrades-in-arms include singer and songwriter Sisely Treasure, and big-room favorite Gina Star, showcased here via her debut single “Rock With Me” (featuring vocals by DeAnna DellaCioppa).

While it is the product of a small circle of friends, assembled under the auspices of a single label, 2Audacious feels expansive and diverse. Retaining the seat-of-the-pants style that characterizes his DJ sets at parties like Caffeine and Meltdown, Audé sequences for maximum variety and thrills. Listen to how “Rock to the Rhythm,” a concoction of fat timbres, synthesized squiggles, and a dash of dancehall, rubs up against the dark and sensual “Push That Thing,” with its ecstatic, pitch-shifting vocal hook. Or the three-song suite at the album’s center, with DJ Dan’s “Further Damage” and “Needle Damage” bookending an exclusive Saeed Younan remix of Tall Paul’s meaty “Peep Show.”

The track features big house sounds and the vocals of industry stalwart Deanna DellaCioppa. Rock With Me is now available at beatport.com.

Written by Dave Audé, Gina Star and Alexander Perls, Rock With Me kicks starts with the eponymous lyrics and grooves into an anthem of yearning and acceptance. Reminiscent of a fantastic dream sequence, the infectious pulsating beats build as the anticipation and desire kicks up a few notches thanks to the captivatingly bold vocals of industry maven DellaCioppa.

Arriving in Los Angeles in 2006 – after a few years enjoying the scene and honing her skills in her hometown of Dallas – Star quickly established herself as one of the most talented and sought after talents in the City. Star was able to make her mark because of her great admiration of big vocal house music. Rock With Me represents her homage to the early 90’s rave scene and the place in time that gave birth to her musical design.

“I love the big sounds of House music and the great vocals that enhance the beats,” states Gina Star, DJ and industry executive. “Rock With Me is such a beautiful song that brings me full circle from my early days in the scene.”

Rock With Me is the latest from Audé’s Audacious Records. A funky set of remixes are also available including those from Jeremy Word out of Dallas and adding an International touch is Definitive Swing from Ireland. Turn up the volume and Rock With Me.
