Dave Audé Declares Vincente Fas the Winner Of Inaugural Remix Contest

After spending the past week listening and re-listening to the seven finalists in the inaugural Dave Audé Remix Contest, Dave Audé has chosen Vincente Fas’ remix of Something For The Weekend as the winner.  Dave felt that “from a production standpoint Vincente Fas stood out from the other finalists.” Vincente’s remix of Something For The Weekend feat Isha Coco will be included in the remix package to be released in the first quarter of 2012.

Special shout outs to Cristangelo and Norm Vork for their unique take on the track. “great work guys!”

Dave Audé received an overwhelming response to his first ever remix contest. After more than a week of listening to the volumes of submissions he has narrowed it down to seven (7) finalists. Listed in no particular order:

Dave Audé Launches Remix Contest Winning Remix To Be Released on Audacious Records

Starting Monday December 5, 2011 through Friday, December 16, 2011, Grammy Nominated Producer and DJ, Dave Audé, will be accepting remix submissions for his upcoming release, Something For The Weekend feat. Isha Coco. The Remix Contest is open to anyone over the age of 18. Any style of remix is welcome and will only be accepted via a private SoundCloud link. All qualifying submissions will be reviewed from Monday, December 19, 2011 through Friday, December 23, 2011. Winner will be announced on or about Monday, December 27, 2011.
